I took my 2010 YukonXL in for brakes and was delighted with the service I received. I asked if my vehicle could be completed by 3pm and was pleasantly surprised that even after adding an additional service (oil change) they had it totally serviced and ready to go by 2:30pm! This was our second time going there. First for brakes and rotors, then tires. The service techs actually look to make sure the problem your car has is actually the correct problem!! They are knowledgeable and SUPER FRIENDLY. Especially the reception (Miss Johanne, if I remember correctly.) Is an absolute angel!!!
I recently had a flat in my 2011 Honda Accord and went to Jamie's to see if it could be plugged or if I needed to replace it. Troy took a look at the tire in question and pointed out where it had started to dry-rot in between the tread (still plenty of tread oddly). Before making a decision to replace two of the four tires, Troy laid out the options and potential risks of plugging the tire. The communication and service I received from the time I dropped the car off to the time I picked it up were second to none. You simply don't get the personal touch at a bigger store that you do when you deal with Jamie's shop and staff. They went above and beyond what was necessary for a simple tire replacement. Give them a chance and I am sure you will agree their service and prices can't be beat. A big thank you to Joanne and Ben as well.
