Never heard anything but praise for this company, work & price.
Told me he would be at my home to pick up sample fabrics books at a specific day and time. No show. Finally got his cell number and called. He had no intention of keeping the appointment as his "other appointment in the area had cancelled." Why he did not bother to phone me and tell me that he wasn't coming is beyond me. If he is this way when trying to get my business I cannot imagine how he would act towards me once he had my business.
Charles is old school craftsman who can handle any upholstery job you might have. Fair prices and he helped me order my leather because I could get it cheaper than he could. Great job on my favorite recliner!
