Dominic and his support staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help me and my wife. I highly recommend Dominic to everyone that I deal with that needs an awesome attorney!!!
They were supposed to draft some documents for me. When it was time for me to pay the retainer, I gave them my credit card info over the phone...trusting in the good reviews for this place. Unfortunately, they ended up not doing the work that I requested. I called them a few times, and was very nice to them. They said they would follow up with me many times but never did. After a few weeks I started getting worried because I just gave them my credit card info and all of a sudden they stopped communication with me, so I took out the majority of the money in my account (I should have just gotten a new card), so that they couldn't charge my card for the retainer that we agreed upon.
If you choose to do business with them, make sure you read the engagement letter very carefully, so that they can only charge you for what you ask for, and nothing else! Hope this review helps and good luck!
There aren't enough stars on any chart to rate how AMAZING Dom and his staff are!! True story...my husband and I met Dom when he kicked our butt in litigation! He was so knowledgeable and so sharp....I knew we had to retain his services as our personal attorney and corporate attorney! Since then he has helped us with many different legal matters. Hands down...he is the most intelligent and amazing attorney we have ever met! I hope he doesn't mind me telling you that we call him our 'pitbull' attorney. He is a walking law book! This is an attorney you HAVE to have on your side, and you NEVER want to be across the aisle from!! His staff is incredibly efficient...messages are always responded to, calls are always returned and the staff truly cares! Even though Dom is MY best kept secret...I felt it was only fair to share this review on Google!
Parkway Law services are top notch!!!! Dominic and his staff (Angela, Nicole, Lisa, the whole staff) are AMAZING!!!!
The sad part is that THEY KNOW what they did was wrong, but they also know that they can get away with it because the costs of suing aren't worth it, which is why they did it.
Weeks later my card gets declined. It says on my statement that parkway law took all the money out my account. I spoke to Dominic about it, after getting the run around for a few days, and in a nutshell he explained that they charged me for the "time" that it took me to explain what I needed, which was all done through emails. Meaning that the money they took did not go towards the retainer, which we both agreed the money will go to.
This wouldn't be an issue for me, but the fact that they created this ENTIRE situation by not responding or following up with me weeks after I attempted to pay their retainer, and then charging me for something not formally agreed upon...it inclines me to write this review...the review I wish I would have seen before working with these people.
