called summit on the morning of 6-6-16 for an a/c problem .they came late that afternoon. The tech (Shawn) listened to my complaint with the system and looked into it.to my surprise it was just a problem with my thermostat. I was not aware of a delay once the a/c was turned on. the tech explained how this thermostat operates and that I had no issues with my system. I asked him to look over my system and make sure there are no problems. He let me know my system is in good operating condition and no problems were found. He at no time tried to up sell me. I felt confident with him and I will use this company again and are satisfied with there pricing.
I had Shaun come today to give my system a thorough check and tune-up...I couldn't have been happier with his service. He explained what he did and did not try to up sell me on any equipment or services which in my experience, is the norm. He was on time and the price was so reasonable. Very personable and helpful too. Summit Heating and AC is definitely my new service company and I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Grandmothers ac went. The lady told her there would be a free diagnostic, it wasn't free. It turned out it was a capacitor that cost 24.99. A simple step by step on google and about a half hour worth of work and I had her unit back up and running, saved her a few hundred bucks. I would never recommend this company
Called them for install of new HVAC system, and their prices were great for a top-quality Bryant system that has performed really well over the past year. Are always friendly on the phone -- needed a new water heater and they were able to come out same-day for the install. Great local business, highly recommended!
