Do a great job. The cost is less than our previous service. I've called on a Saturday to leave a message about an extra pick-up for Monday morning with no problem.
Same experience as all others.... horrible customer service ..... no matter what you do they just don't care.
There a many other less expensive trash removal options available, do you research before going with this company!!
Price was extremely high for once a week pick up and every other week pick up for recyclables. When I cancelled my service they advised they DO NOT offer refunds.....Beware and cancel your service at the end of your 3 month billing cycle.
Was a past customer...I called to start services back up and found out there is a $35.00 CART DELIVERY FEE on top of quarterly payment of $69.00 for a total of $104.00. Looks not I'm not going to be a returning customer. Smh
Well, I was never able to get them to come out. They flat out refused me service, even though my neighbors have pickup!
