I have been to over 15 of these events as they were hosted near me. An amazing experience that everyone who is open to life, freedom, expression, art and otherwise. It's like burning man but smaller. It used to be bigger but due to bad weather year after year, it seems that it has grown smaller.
Life styles are all about. Think management can make there own rules on others property one owners know the rules or law.
I just attended the Spring 2017 regional burn and had a great time. It rained pretty steadily and got quite muddy but I was prepared for that. The event is well run by volunteers. I plan on returning for future burns.

According to website, they are now looking for a new venue. This means that I have probably been to my last one. I hope they find a new place that helps them grow to new heights.
